What is the minimum order quantity ?
There is no minimum quantity we offer sample services but our strength is high volume production machining. We can manage 100 parts to 100 000 parts orders and more.
What are the maximum and minimum dimensions of your machining capacity?
From 1/4 of a inch to 3.00 inch and up to 9 inch in length.
We would need parts that are clear zinc plated , do you offer this service ?
Absolutely. We work with few plating companies and we can offer black oxide, clear zinc, yellow zinc, nickel plating and more. We also adjust our machining process accordingly in case of very tight tolerances when plating is involved.
